Printing Options
Bag It Don't Bin It is a specialist eco-bag printer. We have expertly trained printing staff in the UK and work with established, overseas business partners to provide you with a superior quality product. Our Company Director has 20 years award-winning experience in design-led, textile printing.
We also have an in-house digital and screen print facility, which means that orders can be turned around onsite on our Express (10 days) or our Super-Express Service (5 days) if you need your bags faster than greased lightening.
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is ideal for most designs, particularly those that have no shading and contain 3 colours or less. We match to pantone references and print by hand eco-bags using ISO 14001 Environmental Standard inks at our own Eco-Print Factory in Sheffield. We can also achieve edge-to-edge coverage at the fair trade factories we work with in India.
At Bag It Don't Bin It we excel at high quality printing and can offer specialist print techniques such as metallic foil and fluorescent inks as well as printing with discharge inks to achieve a pure, environmentally friendly print onto a black bag.
Digital Printing
At our Eco-Print Factory, we have developed an excellent digital print method to accurately reproduce photographic images or designs, which includes shading or lots of colours onto eco-bags, whilst adhering to the products' natural characteristic. Digital printing is limited to natural, cotton bags and is cost effective for small as well as large print runs.
Litho Printing
We work with specialist lithographic printers in India and the UK to produce high quality, litho prints onto eco-bags. This print method is ideal for photographic images or designs incorporating many colours as well as fine details. It is best suited to larger print runs and can work on natural as well as black eco-bags.
