Wales is leading the way.....

by Kate B

29
Sep

As of the 1st October, Wales is introducing new legislation about the use of plastic carrier bags. There will now be a 5p charge for every carrier bag used and here at Bag It Don't Bin It we will support this type of action all the way.

Bags not covered by this charge include those made with cloth, jute, cotton and hessian, which is what we specialise in! This step forward shows us that people are becoming more and more conscious about the products they use and consume.

Join us in our quest to bid the world of plastic carrier bags and enquire today about our fairly traded and eco-friendly bags, where the bag really is your canvas!

by Kate B

Jul

Here at Bag It Don't Bin It we've seen all forms of artwork, from childrens school drawings to artists fine designs. They come in all shapes, sizes, files and formats, ready for our production team to create our high quality prints, which make them so unique. However, getting them to this stage is not always as easy as it sounds, so while designing an image ready to print may sound easy for some, for others it can be more challenging turing an idea in to a design.

Our very own Bag It Don't Bin It in house designers are readily on hand throughout this process to help and enable you to achieve the desired style and effect you seek.

Check out some of Martin(our designer)'s handy work below where he has expertly transformed a local confectioners' sticker in to a fantastic eye catching bag print.

Don't have the means to capture your design yourself? Or simply require a little help?

Don't let it hold you back, contact Bag It Don't Bin It today to discuss our competitive rates and let us help you achieve your eco-bags potential.

Sophie's Wish

by Kate B

03
Jun

As a new addition to the team here, my first few clients to place orders with me were very exciting and will be very memorable to me!

The most memorable of these will be our eco-bags for a new and local charity, Sophie's Wish, where they were sold to help raise money to promote awareness of brain tumors and help fund vital brain tumar research. The launch event was held on the 21st May at St. Thomas' Church Centre in Crookes, Sheffield. The event was a huge success and raised a fantastic £652!

Check out the image below which featured on the eco-bags printed here at Bag It Don't Bin It using a digital printing method.

Visit the Sophie's wish Website to find our more about the inspiring story behind this fantastic new charity.

Everyone here at Bag It Don't Bin It, was very proud to have worked on a project with such a touching and heartwarming story behind it.  And I think I speak for all my collegues when I say jobs such as this really make all our hard work worthwhile and provide a great sense of pride and achievement.

I wish everyone at the Sophie's wish organisation all the best for the future and hope all your hard work and fundraising efforts enable your success to continue for years to come.
